Editor-in-chief: Volodymyr Ivanovych Osadchyi - Doctor of Sciences in Geography, professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Founder: Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The purpose of the publication: generalization, systematic development and improvement of knowledge in the field of hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring.
The materials of the journal highlight both fundamental and applied aspects of the study of the global cycle, the impact of climate change, and modern approaches to the formation and improvement of the environmental monitoring network.
